RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you encounter any defects in the printing of your product or if the printing does not meet your specifications, please inform us within three working days of receiving your order. Upon verification of an error on our part, we will reprint the order, though refunds will not be issued. Our management team performs defect inspections, and clients must provide digital photos of the defective product within seven days. Please note that charges for expedited orders are non-refundable.

ORDER PLACEMENT

To place an order with Packaging Treads, submit the final form containing the requested products or services via hard copy or electronic file. Once an order is placed, printing tasks are promptly sent to the press office for processing. Changes cannot be made once printing tasks are initiated.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled within four hours of task approval, subject to certain charges. A cancellation fee of 5% of the total order amount applies. Clients have 24 hours to cancel orders initiated within that timeframe, with a 50% charge of the total payment. This charge covers incurred expenses and time spent by the company. Orders placed after 24 hours may not be eligible for cancellation.

PROOF AND COLOR ACCURACY

Please carefully review the final proof before approval, checking for any layout, spacing, punctuation, image placement, and content errors. Electronic proofs do not account for transparency, and the company is not liable for laminated items. Clients are fully responsible for approved proof content. Color accuracy may vary due to printing limitations, and while our team strives to match colors as closely as possible, we cannot guarantee exact matches.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

The printing turnaround begins once full payment is received and artwork is provided. We are not responsible for delays in shipment due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, technical issues, customs delays, or shipping company delays. However, we ensure that all delivery schedules are met. In the event of delays caused by our end, such as equipment failure or technical problems, we will refund applicable charges.
